The penalty calculator on this site performs all calculations in your browser. Values you enter into the calculator (tax amounts, dates, penalty categories) are not transmitted to our servers, not stored in cookies, and not logged. No record of your calculator session is retained after you close or navigate away from the page.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the calculator and the information pages on this site. The data collected is anonymous and aggregated. We cannot identify individual users. Google processes Analytics data under its privacy policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
